The Stairmaster SM916 StepMill innovative design helps provide the user with a combination workout of cardio and strength training. The SM916 has a revolving set of 8-inch stairs that closely duplicates actual stair climbing. Its new quieter step design improves fluidity of stepping motion and provides added cushion for the joints. Also included is a new easy to read backlit LCD console and handrails that are ergonomically designed for a maximum level of intensity. Motivating programs include a nationally recognized fitness test to gauge individual progress and a custom firefighter Candidate Physical Abilities Test (C.P.A.T.).
The console is designed to be integrated with the NV915 15-inch LCD TV (sold separately), so that the user can easily keep up to date with their favorite programs. Additional features included is a water bottle holder and accessory tray that are repositioned within reach and designed to hold personal items such as an mp3 player. For 25 years, the Stairmaster StepMill has been called the toughest workout in the gym. For users who want real results and a challenging workout, there is no substitute.
