What’s the Difference between Remanufactured vs Refurbished?
Remanufactured: Equipment is sand blasted and powder coated, all wear and tear parts are replaced. Equipment WORKS and LOOKS as BRAND NEW!
Refurbished: Equipment comes to you in perfect mechanical condition with some minor cosmetic flaws (wear and tear parts are replaced as needed).
Our Remanufacturing process

Disassembly of all components
ALL PARTS Are removed down to just the solid steel frame

Sand blasted, Cleaned, Removing All impurities

Powder Coating for a Perfect Finish
Vivid & Vibrant Colors
EYG utilizes the same powder coating paint process used by equipment manufacturers. The frames and metal parts are evenly coated, the powder adheres to the metal through an electric charge, Heat & UV curing that results in a flawless, tough, long-lasting finish. The most durable finishes available for metal applications. It is generally 2-10 times thicker than paint. With your choice of original manufacturer colors or custom colors and finishes.
*Don't Be Fooled* Many refurbishment companies spray paint their equipment which deteriorates fast & is easily chipped or scratched.
Installing Motors, Electronics, and Rollers
All new motors, alternators, bearings, rollers and wiring which play crucial roles in the performance and durability of fitness equipment restoring them to their full original torque and power, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Installing All New Parts
New parts are installed During the rebuilding process to enhance the equipment’s performance and appearance. Decks, overlays, decals, stickers, and other hardware are meticulously affixed, giving each machine a fresh and polished look
Quality Control Testing & Calibration
Each machine undergoes an extensive 69-point quality control process by our Certified Technicians before packaging and shipment. This meticulous examination ensures the equipment meets the highest safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards. The machines are deemed ready for delivery only after this intensive assessment.
The Result: Clients who purchase from our factory cannot tell the difference between brand new and our remanufactured equipment.

Refurbished condition: This is the second most popular category among our clients who are a bit more budget consciousness but still need equipment to look superb. For gym equipment to be considered for refurbishing, we mostly purchase newer models, no rust, well maintained and all complete that meet at least 7 out of 10 of our strict conditions. Units will come to the client in perfect mechanical condition and some with minor cosmetic flaws (minor scuffs, small scratches). We will replace belts and decks and other wear n tear items as needed. Our refurbished equipment will look very good, and many times will compete with other companies’ “remanufactured” equipment.
