Failure to properly maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance may result in the void of the warranty coverage.
Equip Your Gym offers a comprehensive warranty covering labor for the initial 30 days following equipment delivery, irrespective of usage. Prior to engaging a certified technician, our team reserves the opportunity to address any issues directly with the customer. In the event that a technician is required, EquipYourGym retains the discretion to select the appropriate professional for warranty-related tasks; deviation from this may result in voiding of the warranty. Please note that EquipYourGym assumes no liability for mechanical issues arising from shipping, unauthorized repairs, or lack of regular maintenance. Additionally, while we strive for product safety and quality, EquipYourGym cannot be held liable for any injuries, business disruptions due to mechanical malfunctions, or other incidents stemming from equipment purchased through our platform.

This Limited Warranty excludes the following:
- Software updates.
- Software defects that do not significantly impair the functionality of the product during normal use at the time of installation.
- Consumable goods or cosmetic items, including plastic or painted surfaces, which have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, accident, improper service or installation, mishandling, or unauthorized modification in design or construction, including the use of non-OEM replacement parts.
- Cosmetic, structural, or functional damage (e.g., rust, corrosion, unusual wear) resulting from failure to follow maintenance procedures outlined in the owner’s manual.
- Repairs conducted on remanufactured equipment lacking a serial number.
- Service calls for equipment installation or user instruction.
- Pickup and delivery associated with repairs.
- Any labor costs incurred beyond the specified labor warranty period.
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may be available depending on jurisdiction.
